FREE Online Unique Voice Workshop

To mark this year's anti-bullying week, we have the following FREE webinar sessions available to all primary parents/carers which you are most welcome to cascade amongst your school community.

Wednesday 20th November

1.30 - 2pm or 4-4.30pm 

In this workshop the Unique Voice facilitators will explore the following with parents/carers;

 

·  Support in understanding the risks of bullying situations and identifying signs and symptoms. 

·  Empower you to build upon your role as your child's trusted adult. 

·  Give practical and creative tools you need to recognise, report and resolve bullying situations.

Bristol City Council - Parenting Support 

 Bristol City CouncilRun a range of parenting courses for parents of children aged 3 to 17 years old.

We have courses about:

            - young children         - children with challenging behaviour         

 - children with anxiety           - teenagers           - teenagers with aggressive or abusive

behaviour or who've been involved in the criminal justice system.

These are run by Families in Focus Parenting Team Specialists who are all part of Improving Access to Psychological Therapies or CYP-IAPT. 

This means we deliver accessible and evidence-based parenting services based on principles of participation and collaborative practice.

 Family Hub - Parenting support 

Bristol City CouncilFree online parenting courses are available to help parents and carers understand their children's feelings better and how they can support their children through the years as they develop and grow.

The courses cover stages of a child's development and give helpful advice to support the emotional health and wellbeing of both children and parents or carers.

The training has been developed by a team of NHS professionals who worked with practitioners and parents to develop these resources.

 The courses are for all parents, carers, grandparents, and teens in Bristol. Click the link below for more information.
