Our school meals are cooked in-house, daily by our catering company Chartwells. All meals are created from nutritionally enhanced recipes and offer a balanced meal for your child, including free range eggs, Halal certified, Fair trade fish, support British Farmers. We hope your child enjoys the range of tasty options that are available each day!
Food Allergies and Intolerances:
Chartwells are dedicated to supporting pupils with allergies and intolerances. If your child has a food allergy, please request a Allergies and Intolerances Form from school.
How much are school meals?
School Meals are £2.10 per day; this can be paid daily, weekly, monthly or termly.
School meal cost
From 4th November 2019, school meal prices will be increasing to £2.15 per day.
All school meals must be paid for unless your child is eligible for Free School Meals (see information below).
All payments for meals must be chosen and paid for in advance through ParentPay.
Apply for free school meals
Pupil Premium is extra money paid direct to schools for each child who is eligible for free school meals. It is used to support your child's education, but is only paid where families have applied for free school meals and are confirmed to be entitled.
Even if your child is in Reception, Year 1 or Year 2 and receives free school meals under the Universal Infant Free School Meals Scheme, you still need to make a free school meals application for the school to receive Pupil Premium for your child.
How to apply for Free School Meals?
If your child is in Reception, Year 1 or Year 2, please contact the school office for an application form.
