Camp Trips

Year 4 Camp

This year, the children in year 4 spent 3 days at the Dean Fields Study Centre in Gloucester. The children had a fantastic time with their friends in such a different environment.

The children got to experience a wide variety of activities:

  • Zip wiring
  • Climbing Tower
  • Shelter Building and Orienteering in the forest
  • Stream studies
  • Tunnel Exploring
  • Problem Solving
  • Camp fire with songs and stories and much more!



Year 6 Camp

The year 6 children go to Barton Camp, just outside Bristol for a week. This is a great opportunity for them to develop their confidence, friendships and independence. It is a camp where children get time away from their electronic devices and have time to build relationships.

Some of the activities the children get involved with are:

  • Swimming / Pool Olympics / Duck Olympics / Boat building and sailing
  • Walking in the Mendips - Crooks Peak / Orienteering and compass work
  • Zip wiring
  • Team building and much more!
