St Peters CofE Primary

Pupil Voice

Pupil Voice are a group of children who have been democratically elected to represent their class. They are organised into different groups with specific roles and responsibilities. They aim to ensure pupils feel heard by providing a mutually respectful platform to communicate their views and have an opportunity to improve provision for the pupils in the school.

They hold regular meetings to discuss safety, attendance and behaviour. and then feed back their ideas to the classes.

They take their jobs very seriously and want to make sure that St Peter’s is the best school it can be: kind, caring, safe, responsible and respectful.

If you ever need to talk to Pupil Voice about the school and how it runs, please come and find us!

The parliament have been working with a team of architects who have been looking at ideas for changing a double decker bus into the school library. The children have really enjoyed looking at the dtaft plans and making suggestions that have been included in the final designs.

The Parliament have been working hard, consulting with Mr Stannard and the other children to set up a new reward system called St Peter's Pounds. They have been full of ideas and suggestions for how this can all be managed in school and what we could have in our St peter's Shop.

The first shop time is Friday 4th April. here are the virtual shelves so children can check out what they are saving up for.
