Transition Home Learning Y1-Y6
In preparation for the new academic year, your child has been set a Transition Home Learning task for their new year group in September. The tasks have been explained to the pupils during our "Moving up" days, and are attached here for parents and carers. The expectation is that all pupils complete the task over the summer holiday and we hope that they find them enjoyable.
